SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITY: Umpires Wanted!
Anyone aged 13 years or older interested in part-time work for the summer? We have the opportunity for you! Umpiring is a great experience for youth to enhance confidence and decision-making skills, and an opportunity to earn above minimum wage. Since the majority of games are weekday evenings during the summer, it’s a perfect opportunity for students taking summer school, or who have other daytime or weekend commitments. Great job for the resume too!
No softball experience is required. Training will be done by the Ontario Softball Umpiring Training Clinics, which are starting soon. Anyone interested can email umpires@rhmsa.ca.
